Think about this just for a moment, we all have the ability to take practical and simple steps in our daily lives to ensure we look after out personal wellbeing.
Taking charge of our wellbeing is hugely important to living a good life. We know that when we prioritise our holistic wellbeing we are happier and more productive in other areas of our lives.
In this lesson, students will develop an understanding of the 5 pillars to wellbeing and also unpack their understanding of Mental Health Through videos, interactive quizzes and elements they will be encouraged to implement wellbeing strategies into their own lives.
Students will complete this class and come out on the other side with an understanding of wellbeing, how to implement them into their own lives, and also help the people around them flourish.
