
Taking care of our Wellbeing is a key for us to live healthier lives. In this lesson students will learn about flourishing, how to stay mentally healthy and unpack the 5 ways to wellbeing. Students will then have an opportunity to practise 2 of the 5 ways to wellbeing through interactive activities
Students experience this module through various mediums such as clips, multiple-choice quizzes, short answer questions, and image sequence challenges.
