Mental wellbeing is more than the absence of mental illness and it is more than feeling happy. ‘Wellbeing’ isn’t a static thing- but a set of skills that we can practise and strengthen. In this module students will explore what Wellbeing is and how to build their overall health. They will learn some simple everyday strategies they can start to use and encourage others to use, to increase their wellbeing and flourish in life. This module is delivered through text, videos, interactive gamification, graphics and quizzes.
